To submit a request for technical assistance to the JDK IT
department, simply e-mail your issue to helpdesk@jdkmgt.com. Explain
in as much detail as possible the issue you are having and provide any
pictures, documents, etc. that are relevant to the issue. The e-mail will
automatically create a request or ticket that can then be processed by our IT
team. You will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that we have received your
request and that one has been opened and it will contain your requests unique
ID #. You will also receive an e-mail when we have finished closing out your
request.
